PROPERTY APPRAISAL

All property appraisals are undertaken by Martin Hawksby or Chris Perrin our Directors.

TENANTS

FEES

Tenant fees are payable by each tenant moving into a property and cover:

  • Full reference checks – including employment status, income, credit check and Landlord reference (if applicable)
  • Drawing up of tenancy agreements and related paperwork
  • Inventory & Check In
  • Deposit Protection


DEPOSIT

Hawksby’s will take a deposit equivalent to 1 months’ rent plus £100 but this may be higher if a pet is allowed or if status checks recommend a higher deposit. Howe & Hawksby will transfer the deposit to The Deposit Protection Service which is a Government authorised scheme.
